Apartment few steps from the sea on the second floor of a typical ancient Tuscan manufactured in Porto Santo Stefano (small block of 5 flats).
The building is in a position really charming, with an enviable view, (sometimes in the living room, with open window, everyone has the feeling of being in a boat on the sea).
A few steps is a bathing establishment, where you can book place umbrella and beds.
The parking is avaible in the square below with private access (regulated with the other condominiums).
The apartment, 110 smq, is composed of three double bedrooms, dining room, kitchen, living room with sea view, bathroom. The kitchen is fully equipped with the hob, oven, microwave oven, refrigerator,freezer, washing machine. The rooms and bathrooms are equipped with linen with weekly change.

Cost of a weekly stay:

from May 1st to June 30th and August 30th to October 30th
  • 1000 euros per week per 5/7 persons
  • 800 euros per week per 4 persons
  • 650 euros per week per 2 persons
from July 1st to August 30th
  • 1250 euros per week per 5/7 persons
  • 1000 euros per week per 4 persons
  • 800 euros per week per 2 persons
On the ground floor is a renowned restaurant with which the apartment has an agreement (you can get a discount of 10%).

A two-hour drive north of Rome will take you to the Argentario promontory and its main fishing village, Porto Santo Stefano. Early evening is a time of intense activity, and a great spectacle: seagulls fly overhead, following the fleet as fishermen come into port with their daily catch, the fish still jumping and snapping as they are distributed to the many restaurants lined up along the pier.
